Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company operates at the forefront of compliance, regulation, and innovation. This is your chance to work on both local and international matters, addressing complex legal challenges while gaining exposure to diverse industries and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on regulatory and legal issues across local and EU jurisdictions.
• Assisting with the preparation and implementation of regulatory reports.
• Drafting, reviewing, and updating legal documents, including terms and policies.
• Providing clear legal guidance to various departments.
• Monitoring and analyzing developments in legal frameworks to ensure compliance.
• Representing the company in external engagements.
• Contributing to the teams objective of promoting excellence and maintaining a positive company image.
• Supporting the team as required.

Job requirements

• At least two years of post-qualification experience and a warrant to practice law in an EU jurisdiction.
• A solid understanding of EU law, with knowledge of Competition Law, IT Law, Financial or Cybersecurity Law being an asset.
• Exposure to Electronic Communications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage).

1-2 years of experience (but not limited to this), Key Areas: Legal & Regulatory matters ex. Drafting & Negotiation, open to hybrid way of working, training will be provided however we would like the person to be proactive.
