Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize last-mile delivery operations. This role involves managing a large team and fleet, ensuring smooth delivery processes, and collaborating with other departments to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, data analysis capabilities, and last-mile logistics expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of delivery operations, ensuring timely distributions and optimal fleet management.
• KPI Monitoring: Conduct trend analyses, root cause investigations, and drive performance improvements based on data insights.
• Team Management: Lead a team of 200+ employees, including managers, supervisors, and coordinators, by setting clear expectations and providing continuous feedback.
• Collaboration: Partner with the fulfillment center and HR teams to implement initiatives that enhance operations and support employee success.
• Process Optimization: Develop and tweak delivery workflows to meet company and team performance targets.
• Safety Standards: Enforce policies to maintain compliance with industry safety standards and best practices.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools to analyze large datasets and inform strategic decisions.
• Performance Tracking: Establish and measure KPIs related to cost, on-time delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of management experience overseeing teams of 125+ employees.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Excel, Google Suite, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Demonstrated experience in last-mile logistics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel up to 40% to different warehouse locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work weekends during peak seasons.
