Amazon Account Manager / Flat File Specialist (m/f/d)

To achieve this, we’re looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager and Flat File Specialist to take our account management to the next level.

Tasks

As an Amazon Account Manager and Flat File Specialist, you’ll be the expert ensuring our Amazon operations run smoothly. You will handle everything from resolving complex Flat File issues to optimizing listings and managing the overall account health. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and success of our brand on Amazon.

Flat File Management:

• Expert-level handling of Flat Files, including uploading, troubleshooting, and optimizing for issues like listing errors, categorization, and variations.

• Quickly identify and resolve errors using advanced Flat File techniques.

• Listing Optimization:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings to ensure high visibility and maximum conversion rates.

• Implement keyword strategies, manage variations, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies.

• Account Management:

• Oversee all aspects of Amazon account health, including policy compliance, resolving flagged issues, and handling seller performance metrics.

• Monitor inventory, pricing, and Buy Box strategies to maintain competitiveness.

• Problem Solving:

• Take ownership of identifying and resolving issues independently or through Amazon Support.

• Provide quick and effective solutions to challenges like listing suspensions, account restrictions, or Buy Box losses.

• Collaboration with Support:

• Efficiently communicate with Amazon Seller Support to escalate and resolve issues when needed.

• Ensure all interactions with Amazon are professional and focused on achieving fast results.

Requirements

Proven Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years managing Amazon accounts, with a strong focus on Flat File management and account optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex Flat File challenges and troubleshoot issues independently.

Technical Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flat Files, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Amazon’s policies, procedures, and tools to ensure account compliance and performance.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to independently identify issues, develop solutions, and execute them effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering results quickly and accurately.

Organized and Detail-Oriented:

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy in listings and data management.

Communication Skills:

• Clear communication in English (German is a plus).
• Confident and effective interaction with Amazon Seller Support and internal teams.
