Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: $2000-$3000/month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the craft beverage market, strong sales expertise, and excellent leadership abilities. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating closely with our founders to drive growth aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients specifically in the beverage industry.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Process Optimization: Leverage Salesforce and AI-driven tools to optimize the sales process. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the beverage sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with company founders to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the beverage industry, particularly in craft beverages or beverage packaging.
  • Expertise in B2B sales, with knowledge of beverage manufacturing, packaging, or distribution.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
