Sales Director, Germany and DACH region - Cybersecurity

As the Sales Director for Germany and DACH-Speaking Regions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing DuoKey’s go-to-market strategy across Germany, German speaking area. Your primary focus will be on building a strong business pipeline, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, and expanding existing customer relationships. You will need a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, proven experience in sales leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Vos missions

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan for Germany and German-speaking regions.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and lead complex sales cycles.
  • Drive new business sales, as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships across the region.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to enhance market presence and sales opportunities.
  • Translate DuoKey’s innovative encryption solutions to address business challenges for customers.
  • Create clear sales objectives, perform accurate forecasting, and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to drive the adoption of cybersecurity solutions within large enterprises.
  • Travel across DACH region and Switzerland as required (approximately 70%).

Vos compétences

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in enterprise cybersecurity software.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within new business acquisition.
  • Experience managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to build and execute a successful sales strategy independently.
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity market, with experience working in high-growth or start-up environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Fluency in German and English. French is a plus.
  • Experience working in or managing sales in DACH region and Switzerland.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
