Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for devising and executing the company's marketing strategy, policies, and exposure. This entails studying economic indicators, monitoring supply and demand changes, identifying customer needs, and tracking competition. The Marketing manager will assist the Chief Marketing Coordinator in managing marketing department personnel, and overseeing third-party service providers.
Additionally, they will contribute to the company's design interfaces and communication channels. Duties include monitoring and implementing strategic marketing and communication plans, developing marketing strategies, participating in budgeting processes, managing performance indicators, overseeing outsourced marketing functions, developing marketing strategies for specific products, providing marketing forecasts and reports, creating marketing and Social Media materials, managing online presence through various platforms, and collaborating with Sales, Design, and E-Learning teams to generate the necessary material, promotions, and other content.
