Project Data Assistant

Position Overview:

As a Project Data Assistant, you will help our HR and Finance departments by analyzing and interpreting data about employee benefits and salaries. Your insights will have a direct impact on decision-making processes and help us enhance our remuneration structures to meet market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, organize, and analyze large datasets pertaining to employee benefits and compensation.

- Conduct a comparative analysis of industry salary standards and suggest changes to present compensation packages.

- Evaluate current benefits offerings and help create thorough reports.

- Work with HR to understand data and deliver actionable insights.

- Use dashboards and visuals to effectively communicate data results to stakeholders.

- Help create salary budget projections and models.

- Keep up with industry changes and regulatory requirements governing remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, human resources, or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, preferably salary and benefits analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) and Excel.

- Excellent communication abilities, including the ability to articulate complicated data findings.

- Experience with data visualization technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.

- Attention to detail and the ability to think critically while working independently.
