Senior Systems Lead/Architect

We are partnering with a leading organization to find a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Lead/Architect. This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and on-site work in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and architect complex Oracle EBS R12 implementations, including functional design, system requirements gathering, and process transformation.
• Oversee system cutovers and ensure smooth transitions to new systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and testers, to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and training materials.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay current with the latest Oracle EBS R12 technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in leading and architecting Oracle EBS R12 environments.
• Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12 functional implementation, system requirements, process transformation, and system cutovers.
• Strong foundation in financial and accounting principles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
