Entry Level Customer Support in Malta for German Speaker

Hybrid for native / fluent German Speakers 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in German through email, phone, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and general issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and track issues, feedback, and inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required (full training will be provided).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems.
