The Role: Senior Product Liability Practice Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Product Liability Practice Attorney to join a nationally recognized legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, including flagship consumer brands and aviation manufacturers, in complex product liability and mass tort disputes. Remote candidates may also be considered based on location.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle Complex Litigation: Represent national and international manufacturers in high-stakes product liability and mass tort disputes.
  • Provide Strategic Counsel: Advise clients on litigation strategies in bet-the-company cases.
  • Draft and Manage Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery to support litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Top-Tier Attorneys: Work with over 70 attorneys across multiple offices in a collegial and supportive environment.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Experience: At least three years of experience in product liability law or equivalent litigation experience.
  • Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage complex litigation.
  • References: Strong professional references demonstrating high performance and collaboration.
