Key Responsibilities in Sales Management

• Formulate and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and ensure the successful sale of company products.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing channel partners, optimize channel structures, and explore opportunities to build new channels in the assigned region.
• Manage direct sales to key accounts, building strong relationships and driving long-term customer loyalty.
• Proactively seek and develop new customer opportunities through a variety of sales channels.
• Collect, analyze, and report on relevant market information, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Skills for Success

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
• Strong enthusiasm for overseas sales, with excellent execution skills and a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with international trade processes, including documentation, policies, regulations, and industry conventions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and international markets.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in international markets.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze market data effectively.
• A collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments and can foster teamwork across international teams.
