Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalised support to children with complex needs supporting families.
• Enable clients to access community activities, fostering social engagement and a fulfilling lifestyles
• Act as a compassionate companion, delivering a reliable, friendly service that focuses on achieving positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• A UK Full Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle essential
• A compassionate, hands-on approach, with excellent listening skills and a commitment to making a positive impact.
