Software Verification Engineer Automotive / High Voltage Systems

Our Automotive client based in Gothenburg are seeking an experienced Software Verification engineer to work closely together with the high-voltage system design teams on a Consultant basis. 

Tasks 

• Preform testing of high voltage components, system, and function.

• Develop test methods for area and incorporate specification requirement to develop testing.

• Collaboration with colleges both in China and Sweden.

• Report test results and test reports.

• Fault analysis. Document and communicate root cause and/or relevant information on issues identified to responsible design areas.

Qualifications and skills required for the role

B.Sc. or M.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.

• 5 years ‘experience of verification of automotive environment.

• Good knowledge in usage of Vector tools for simulation and communication measurement (CAN,

CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet Automotive).

• Knowledge of Unified Diagnostic Service (UDS) – ISO 14229. Experience in usage of diagnostic tools.

• Good knowledge in writing DVMs (Design verification methods).

• Experience of automotive test in vehicles and in rigs environment.

• Good knowledge in High Voltage System.
