Senior Software Developer - Gothenburg

Description of assignment:
Our client is looking for a senior software developer. The location for the assignment is in Gothenburg, but some time will also be spent on our test track outside Borås.

Role description:
The person will be part of one of our development teams working with research and development of test equipment, test methodology and test environments in order for us to continue to be a world leader in verification of the automated and connected transport systems of the future.
The requested person's skills will help to enable challenging testing of
Automated and connected vehicles for a safe and sustainable traffic environment also in the future.

Mandatory requirements:

• The person must have worked for at least 5 years as a software developer in the industry, but preferably more.
• The person should have an analytical ability with an interest in familiarising themselves with different research questions.
• The Software Engineer should have good C++ programming skills and also preferably Python and machine learning.
• The person should be used to working with different variants of Linux distributions
• The person must have a Swedish B driver's license

The person must have good collaborative skills and responsibility to complete his/her tasks.

Added value:
• Added value with experience in sensor fusion, sensor development, preferably radar sensor.
• Added value with experience in simulation, preferably CARLA, Unreal engine.
• Added value with experience in digital twins and 3D development (Blender etc).

Assignment period:
1 year with possibility of extension 3 x 1 year.
