Project Manager ( Product Development Aftermarkets) for Automotive Gothenburg

Our Automotive client is looking for a Project Manager,for Product development focusing on Aftermarkets.  As an Aftermarket Technology Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Technology team, responsible for developing solutions that support the brands' aftermarket business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various specialized functions within the Complete Vehicle division, including Aftermarket Technology, FVV, Product Design, Product Builds, and Special Vehicle Development, to develop comprehensive aftermarket solutions.
• Provide best-in-class solutions and services to Client and Customers, supporting their aftermarket business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including sales teams, mechanics, and parts personnel at dealerships, to deliver solutions such as Spare Parts assessment, Parts Information, Diagnostics, Repair Information, and Service Planning.
• Ensure that Client vehicles can be easily maintained to maximize uptime, collaborating closely with engineering functions and end customers.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of project management principles.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management or equivalent role.
• PMP certification is a merit.
• Proficiency in JIRA is advantageous.
• Background in working with global cross-functional development teams.
• Strong understanding of the Product Development Process and the Automotive business.
• Familiarity with the Aftermarket business and workshop environment.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within set targets using structured and fact-based methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
