Senior Service Designer (Expert Level)

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Service Designer with extensive expertise in customer experience analysis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to transition from analysis to defining new customer segments and exploring new business potentials. This project requires a proactive individual who is adept at stakeholder communication and skilled in visual communication.

Short Project Description:

The Senior Service Designer will collaborate closely with client Brand Experience to study and define customer profiles for key strategic future business areas, industries, and segments. The project aims to co-create and refine a strategic ecosystem map, predicting how selected industries might evolve.

Purpose Objectives:

  • Identify new customer value pools and translate them into strategic focus areas for potential services and business solutions.
  • Enhance  business alignment with customer needs and capture future business requirements.

Description of the Team:

You will work within a cross-functional, multidisciplinary global team, and be part of the Service Design team.

Previous Experience – Prerequisite/Desired:

  • Conducting 1:1 semi-structured interviews.
  • Documented experience in customer experience assignments including customer segmentation and research.
  • Proficient in customer profiling into personas/archetypes, customer journey mapping, and ecosystem mapping.

Tools and Required Level of Expertise:

  • Extensive experience in qualitative research, customer segmentation, and data triangulation.
  • Proficiency in design methods such as customer personas, journey mapping, and systemic design.
  • Strong visual communication skills.
  • Ability to identify customer value and translate it into business opportunities.

Professional Profile and Personal Skillset:

  • Strong business acumen, confident in presentations, and excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to take responsibility, organize, and drive work forward both independently and in teams.

Portfolio:

Candidates must have a well-developed Service Design portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving using design tools and visually presents relevant assignments through effective storytelling.

Start Date:

May 2024

Contract End Date:

December 31, 2024, with the possibility of extension.
