Senior Business Analyst / Consultant

Job Description:

The Business Analyst Consultant  will contribute to projects and programs, primarily focusing on process and functional skills, often connected to IT solutions and process IT implementation. This role encompasses all project phases, from pre-studies to the implementation of change, while providing process and functional expertise as well as best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and processes independently, working with limited supervision.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals, fostering their development.
• Apply advanced knowledge of business consulting, typically obtained through education and extensive work experience.
• Address complex problems and develop innovative solutions to improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, process improvement, and IT implementation.
• Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
