Test  and Verification Lead

Role Overview: Lead, develop, and execute the test strategy and verification plan for features and functions across projects, from early-phase testing through to user acceptance testing. Ensure that all requirements are accurately translated into verification plans and that resources, including equipment, rigs, and vehicles, are properly allocated. Work closely with verification and development teams to ensure effective planning and follow-up. Play a vital role in the Project Management Team, ensuring quality assurance throughout the development process, while regularly presenting project status and risks to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies covering the entire project lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into detailed verification plans.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources, including equipment and personnel.
• Collaborate with both verification and development teams to ensure cohesive progress.
• Report on project status and risk to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and system integrity through rigorous testing processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in product development and team leadership.
• Proven experience in product development of hardware (HW) and software (SW).
• Expertise in commercial vehicle technology, electrical driveline, and energy storage systems.
• Proficient in developing and verifying products using industry-standard tools.
• Strong communication skills, a structured approach, and the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources.
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and drive teams.

Preferred Competencies:

• Familiarity with waterfall principles in product development and management.
