Join the Xfly Maintenance Organisation team! We are one of the biggest Capacity Provider Airlines in Europe!

Main tasks:

• Plan, review, analyze and organize customer work packages for the maintenance department.
• Monitor manpower, material, and tooling requirements for proper completion of works.
• Liaise with the customer regarding any changes in work schedule.
• Create parts and tooling requisitions as required.
• Carry out aircraft maintenance related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate and monitor all station activities, shifts, and planned works as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure that completed work documentation is up to regulatory and contractual standards.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Planning Manager.

Training provided on the site.

Requirements and experience:

• Good level of English, both spoken and written in combination with strong communication skills.
• Clear and effective communication is crucial for liaising with various departments, vendors and customers. 
• Relevant work experience in aviation or a closely related field, preferably with a focus on maintenance. 
• Good prioritization and organization skills.
• Ability to work under the pressure and in a multicultural team.
• Aviation education or general work experience in aviation is considered an asset but is not required.
• Knowledge of ATR/CRJ/A320 would be beneficial.
• A clean criminal record for issuance of an airside security pass.
• Eligible to live and work in the EU.
