What You will Do:

• Accurately process payroll, including salary calculations, employee absences, and mandatory declarations (e.g., ZUS, US/PIT, PFRON, GUS, PPK), ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements 💰
• Maintain and securely archive payroll and personnel records, including contracts, leave records, and documentation for foreign employees, while ensuring data privacy 🗂️
• Oversee employment lifecycle processes, from preparing contracts and termination documents to issuing legally required certificates and managing civil-law contracts 📝
• Coordinate employee health and safety compliance, including medical exams and OHS training, and provide guidance on labor and social security law 🩺
• Prepare HR and payroll reports for internal stakeholders, monitor legal changes, and support official inspections to ensure full regulatory compliance 🔍

Preferred Background:

• Work experience that allows you to work independently in the position
• Knowledge of English at a minimum intermediate level is welcome (B2)
• Experience in operating human resources and payroll programs
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel)
• Very good knowledge of labor law, income tax and social security regulations
• Responsibility, commitment, independence, ability to work in a team
• Analytical skills and meticulousness in performing assigned tasks
• High personal culture when dealing with an employee
