In this role, you'll be a sales splash-maker, generating leads, building lasting relationships with trade customers, and ensuring orders flow smoothly from pipe to porcelain paradise. You'll also be a strategic thinker, keeping us ahead of the curve in this ever-evolving market.

Here's a sneak peek at your daily shower of responsibilities:

  • Become a Lead Magnet: Identify and chase down new trade customers, attending industry events and turning connections into conversions.
  • Build Bridges, Not Blockages: Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Order Orchestrator: Conduct sales order symphonies, ensuring every order hits the right note with precise fulfilment. Be the conductor of the order fulfilment orchestra, keeping everything in perfect harmony and resolving any fulfilment issues that may arise to ensure a smooth flow.
  • Data Dynamo: Track sales performance, analyse results, and implement strategies to keep us bubbling with success.
  • Tech-Savvy Salesperson: Utilise CRM systems and other sales tools to keep your pipeline squeaky clean and progress tracked.
  • Lifelong Learner: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep us ahead of the pack.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a reseller environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to connect with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Organisational and time management skills to keep your sales funnel flowing freely.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and systems to manage customer data.
  • A solid understanding of sales principles, margin management, and market dynamics.
  • The drive and initiative to take ownership and achieve targets.

The Perks:

  • Competitive salary of £24,999.86 + an OTE (On Target Earnings) bonus of up to £850 per month (based on achieving team targets).
  • 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
  • The opportunity to work at our HQ in Skelmersdale.
