Introducing Broker (IB) Manager with Spanish

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit Spanish speaking Introducing Broker (IB) Manager for their Limassol office.

Position: Introducing Broker (IB) Manager

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: base salary + commissions. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and develop relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs)
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new IBs into the company’s operations
• Foster strong partnerships with IBs to drive mutual business growth
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new IBs and retain existing ones
• Set performance goals and KPIs for IBs, providing tailored support to maximize their potential
• Conduct training sessions on company products, services, and market trends
• Monitor IB performance through reporting tools, offering feedback to improve results
• Ensure all IB activities comply with industry regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and compliance, to ensure cohesive support for IBs
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to keep the IB program competitive.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in Spanish both verbal and written. Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Professional qualifications or certifications in relevant areas (advantageous)
• Proven experience in IB management, preferably within the FX or iGaming industries
• Previous experience working under LATAM and SA jurisdictions will be considered as an advantage
• Strong understanding of forex trading, regulations, and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
