Senior ETP Specialist

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with  an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard Senior ETP Specialist to join their team in Limassol. 

• Position: Senior ETP Specialist
• Location: Limassol, Cyprus 
• Work model: on-site
• Employment type: Full-time 
• Remuneration: base salary. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with monitoring trading infrastructure and ensuring smooth operation
• Support MT4 and MT5 server setups, administration, and maintenance
• Help manage bridge quoting, trading monitoring, and FIX connectors creation
• Participate in liquidity provider integration and execution scaling for instruments
• Assist with creating bridge trading accounts and managing replication accounts and order routing
• Test and integrate plugins, and manage MAM licensing
• Assist with gateways implementation and testing
• Provide technical support for client issues
• Report unusual events or incidents to the ETP Director
• Ensure continuous monitoring of price feeds to maintain uptime.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Tech Knowledge Knowing of trading platforms MT4/MT5 and proven ability to monitor and troubleshoot trading system
• Problem Solving/Adaptability Able to handle high pressure situations, meet tight deadlines and switch between multiple shifts effectively
• Communication Strong command of English, with excellent correspondence/reporting abilities/skill
• Teamwork Independence Ability to work independently while being a team playe
• Attention to Detail Monitor price feeds and systems with accuracy to ensure smooth operation
• Market Knowledge Understanding of financial markets and trading instruments is essentia
• Education Bachelors in Computer Science/IT with a Masters degree being a plus
