Sales Team Leader with Hungarian

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we're looking for a Hungarian -speaking Sales Team Leader to join their teams in Gdańsk.

Position: Sales Team Leader with Hungarian

Location: Gdańsk, Poland

Work Model: Fully on-site

Employment type: Full-time. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing day-to-day operations
• Ensuring consistent quality and productivity
• Coaching, shadowing and employee support
• Support in process development
• Conducting feedback and conversations with employees
• Monitoring, reporting and analysis of KPIs relevant to the project. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience managing Sales teams (ideally BPO)
• Fluent knowledge of the Hungarian language and a very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Rev Ops mindset
• The ability to identify training needs and support program development
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Multitasking and prioritization
