As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and organised Training and Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our high-quality capacity building and training programmes.
What you'll be doing
- Support Project Managers with tasks to achieve project success.
- Coordinate and organise training sessions, ensuring a seamless and productive learning environment.
- Monitoring training delivery
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination of training activities.
- Manage training materials, including preparation, distribution, storage, and maintenance.
- Assist in developing, updating and logging changes to course content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Handle logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue bookings and set-up and technology requirements.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programmes, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the administration of online learning platforms and virtual training sessions.
- Manage participant enrolment, attendance records, and certification processes.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and company stakeholders including guests.
- Serve as the point of contact for travel-related issues assist employees with travel-related issues or concerns, such as visa requests.
- Research, negotiate, and secure favourable rates with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels.
- Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with Company policies and guidelines – both in the UK and internationally.
- Receive and respond to incoming business travel requests.
- Provide professional welcome, greeting and chaperone service to clients and visitors, to the highest standards.
- May be required to travel – willingness to travel preferred.
- Support Resource team with duties.

- Proven experience in a coordination, hosting or administrative role, preferably in a travel or training setting.
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools (such as travel platforms).
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build, maintain and work to budgets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing situations quickly.
- Collaborative, team-player, considers wider business reputation and impact.
- Shows initiative and thrives on providing a high-quality experience to colleagues, delegations, or learners.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
- Experience with visa’s preferred.
