CATEGORY BUYER (INDIRECTS)

Descripción

Compañía multinacional líder en su sector, ubicada en Barcelona, precisa incorporar un/a Category Buyer (Indirects).

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

- Understand, develop, and ensure the needs of the different categories and internal stakeholders.
- Prioritize initiatives and define the Indirect Purchases plan for the next 5 years
- Promote the culture of Indirect Purchases within the organization. Define, coordinate, and plan the
projects and/or strategies to be implemented with the different category owners
- Project tracking reporting
- Propose, execute, and lead improvement projects

- Management of Indirect Suppliers portfolio

- Sourcing new Indirect Suppliers based on needs/opportunities
- Definition and Negotiation of Contracts
- Management and resolution of issues (billing, etc.)
- Management, leadership, and preparation of the budget for the categories:
- Third-party contracts (Inplant handling, external, and co-packers)
- Energy (Gas and Electricity). Monitoring and closure options
- Ensure the required prices and objectives to meet the plan
- Develop an annual efficiency action plan and lead its implementation
- Understand the cost structures of services in the different categories
- Perform Benchmarking – Comparison, analysis, and execution

¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in Purchasing
- Nice to have Services and or Indirect Purchases
- Excel Advanced
- Spanish native or C1 required and English: B2+
