Planning Manager (H/F)

As a specialist in food packaging, we manufacture and distribute packaging solutions for the agri-food and food services industries. Our business involves taking responsibility for our practices and rethinking our materials.

Nutripack Olen, a subsidiarie of Groupe Impact, is specialized production site in the manufacturing of packaging solutions through thermoforming molding for the food industry (bakeries, chocolate factories, and agri-food businesses, among others).

The site currently employs around ten people and aims to grow.

In a context of organizational and material transformation, the Planning Manager will report directly to the Plant/ Operation Manager and will be operationally responsible for planning across the production site of Olen

Responsibilities :

Your key responsibilities :

• Plan production needs, ensuring the scheduling and monitoring of production orders.

• Adjust production to anticipate labor requirements.

• Manage inventory and procurement of components from suppliers, including raw materials, colorants, cartons, etc.

• Track the availability of items listed in the bill of materials before initiating production orders.

• Ensure continuous production and meet customer demand.

• Improve the planning and procurement processes to enhance the ERP system usage.

Profile required:

3 to 5 years of experience in production planning, ideally in an industrial environment.

Determined and persuasive, with strong interpersonal skills enabling you to adapt to various environments and stakeholders.

Organized and detail-oriented, you are comfortable with IT tools and ERP environnements.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital tools.

Awareness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues.
