In beonit we are in search of an experienced, highly organized, and dynamic administrative assistant to support the information team of an international media company. This position arises within the Information Team, with the need to support the Head of Information and manage both internal and external communications and day-to-day operations.
The main functions and responsibilities of this person are:
- Act as the point of contact between the Head of Information and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage diary, schedule meetings and appointments for the Head of Information.
- Manage the information inbox, ensuring queries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Perform other administrative duties to enable day-to-day operations.
- Provide support with website access, create accounts and maintain distribution lists.
- Support with Media Requests (no experience needed)
- Support with Media Monitoring (no experience needed)
What do we need from you?
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in similar assistant or communication roles.
- Higher education in communication or related fields.
- Excellent level of English required (native or bilingual) and fluency in Spanish is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Teams.
- Proficiency in SharePoint.
