Customer Support Agent with Arabic

Main Responsibilities

• Manage company communication channels, including chats, emails, and calls
• Identify and understand customer needs to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Respond to inquiries from new leads and clients via phone, chat, email, and portal
• Provide timely support to leads and clients within established response times
• Update CRM systems to maintain accurate records of communications and actions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries requiring further investigation
• Follow up with clients and arrange callbacks to enhance satisfaction and results
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Adhere to established processes and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support
• Background in Forex or Financial Markets is an advantage
• Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B2 level), spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong phone skills and active listening abilities
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
