Project Manager (sector industrial)

En Auren Personas trabajamos desde la división de Selección Executive Search y nos dedicamos a proporcionar servicios especializados de consultoría de Recursos Humanos.

Actualmente estamos colaborando con Knorr-Bremse, una destacada empresa del sector ferroviario ubicada en Getafe, que busca incorporar a su plantilla a una persona para el puesto de Project Manager.

The mission of the position is managing projects from the beginning (offer) until the end taking into consideration customer requirements, company’s targets, and project goals.

Functions:

• Preparation of project bid calculations based on cost and effort estimations and pricing strategies.
• Offer and contract negotiations.
• Keeping close contact to customers and building/strengthen customer relations.
• Leading an interdisciplinary project team across different sites.
• Monitoring of the project progress.
• Project Controlling.
• Ensuring budget compliance and on-time deliveries of all project deliverables.
• Elaboration of action plans in case of deviations.
• Involvement in customer complaint investigations.
• General logistics tasks.
• Order management in SAP.

Requirements:

• Technical/Higher Industrial Engineering Degree.
• Experience between 2-3 years managing industrial projects.
• English proficiency.
• Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project and knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Availability to travel (limited).
