Key Responsibilities in Sales Management
- Formulate and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and ensure the successful sale of company products.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing channel partners, optimize channel structures, and explore opportunities to build new channels in the assigned region.
- Manage direct sales to key accounts, building strong relationships and driving long-term customer loyalty.
- Proactively seek and develop new customer opportunities through a variety of sales channels.
- Collect, analyze, and report on relevant market information, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills for Success
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Strong enthusiasm for overseas sales, with excellent execution skills and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with international trade processes, including documentation, policies, regulations, and industry conventions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and international markets.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in international markets.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze market data effectively.

The compensation package includes a basic salary spread across 15 months, along with performance-based bonuses and commissions tied to sales targets. For expatriate roles, there are additional allowances for housing and travel, ensuring a competitive overall compensation package for employees working abroad. - Social Security Provident Fund:
The company provides comprehensive social security coverage, including the minimum five insurances and one fund, in line with regulatory requirements. Social security contributions are based on 60% of the average wage, with a fixed provident fund contribution of ¥1,500 per month (combined individual and company contribution).
