Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager with a solid background in stock management to join our dynamic team in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier. If you have at least 3 years of experience in inventory control and are comfortable with IT systems, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize inventory processes, ensuring smooth execution
- Manage product returns and track them effectively
- Provide warehouse activity reports using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Serve as the main point of contact with the support teams of a well-known client in the food industry
- Supervise an inventory control assistant
- Act as the reference for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ideally REFLEX
- Contribute to the site's QHSE best practices (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment)
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- A Bac+2 qualification with a minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, allowing you to gain a strong understanding of logistics flows and QHSE culture
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Excel, and experience with a WMS (preferably REFLEX)
- Known for your commitment and continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach
