Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Client Projects: Manage complex tax projects independently, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and Review: Provide guidance to associates and seniors, review their work, and offer constructive feedback.
- Budget Management: Assist in setting and managing project budgets, communicating any potential concerns to partners.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to offer comprehensive services to clients.
- Continuous Learning: Commit to professional development with at least 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.
- Minimum of five years of experience in public accounting.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Proficiency in technology experience with CCH Axcess is a plus.
