Content Moderator with Dutch

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure adherence to platform policies and community guidelines
• Investigate and resolve reported instances of policy breaches, fraud, or inappropriate behavior
• Identify and escalate high-risk cases, ensuring confidentiality and data security are maintained
• Provide prompt and empathetic support to users, balancing platform standards with user satisfaction
• Work with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service quality
• Track KPIs to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch, with strong English skills
• Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship
• Familiarity with back-office operations and content moderation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including nights and weekends part-time employment is also available for this role.
