Electrical Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth technical analysis and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, such as power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Provide on-site technical support to the company, project teams, and installation crews, ensuring correct setup, wiring, and functionality of electrical components.
• Conduct on-site testing and commissioning of electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues to improve system reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and user manuals, for electrical systems and project phases.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and regulations, such as NEC, IEC, and OSHA.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver integrated electrical solutions and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, troubleshooting, and fieldwork.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of UPS systems, Gensets, power distribution, control systems, and lighting.
• Proficiency in electrical tools for wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industry standards like IEC and IEEE, along with safety regulations.
• Ability to conduct detailed electrical calculations, including load assessments and voltage drop analysis.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution development.
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and in fast-paced environments.
