Compliance Officer

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor trading activities for any suspicious or unauthorized actions, and review compliance reports and alerts.
• Organize and keep compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and regulatory filings, up to date.
• Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct regulatory research to stay informed of any changes impacting the organization.
• Assist in organizing compliance training sessions for employees.
• Support the compliance monitoring program by assisting in reviews and investigating compliance breaches flagged by employees or systems.
• Work with colleagues to implement new or updated compliance policies organization-wide.
• Conduct due diligence checks on clients, reviewing documentation to ensure KYC and AML compliance.
• Collaborate with the internal audit team during compliance audits.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a compliance department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• CySEC Basic or Advanced certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong critical thinking skills.
