Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Russian or English (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written
• Extensive experience in a fast-moving, complex environment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in team management
• Strong analytical skills and creative approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• High level of integrity in professional and personal interactions
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts
