Sourcing Specialist

Our company is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to spearhead our talent sourcing efforts. Main Responsibilities 

• Design and implement high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
• Actively search for candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for key roles and languages.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and report on sourcing metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Manage and support the internal employee referral process.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing role.
• Demonstrated skill in various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches and social recruiting.
• Native-level fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Bulgarian or another major European language is a plus.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo).
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, particularly in the BPO industry, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
