The Job

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in delivering professional customer service on a wide range of inquiries. From product questions to troubleshooting and customer support, you’ll represent a global company and provide top-notch assistance to ensure a positive experience for each customer. Full training will be provided to give you the knowledge and confidence to excel.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering the highest level of customer support via phone and email, addressing a variety of issues

  • Providing accurate and complete information following company procedures

  • Building positive relationships by addressing customer questions courteously and professionally

  • Meeting and exceeding service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets

  • Creating a memorable customer experience

  • Working collaboratively with management and providing valuable feedback

Your Qualifications

  • Native-level Italian and fluent English (B2)

  • Customer support experience is a plus but not required

  • Basic computer skills with excellent multitasking abilities

  • Eager to learn, with a problem-solving and proactive attitude

  • Strong communication skills, attentive listening, and relationship-building abilities
