Position Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a solid background in land development to join our team. This role involves leading client interactions, managing project scope, overseeing schedules, and ensuring successful outcomes for our projects. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, defining project scope, preparing fee proposals, conducting site investigations, setting timelines, and finalizing project details.
- Drive project success by overseeing team efforts in design, production, quality assurance, training, and performance management.
- Actively participate in regional and company-wide strategy discussions to shape growth and decision-making.
- Implement the Full Circle Thinking® approach, promoting constructive leadership and alignment with company goals.
- Manage up to two Project Managers and supervise a team of four non-supervisory staff, leveraging your PE license.
- Support business development initiatives to attract new clients and projects.
- Oversee the preparation of project plans, technical reports, cost analyses, and other client deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, manage billing processes, handle change orders, and ensure accurate invoicing and charge finalization.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experienced in project management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
