Role Overview:

As an Engineer II, you’ll work on a variety of land development projects, preparing detailed engineering plans and coordinating closely with clients, architects, and agencies. This role requires strong technical skills, independence in making engineering judgments, and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce detailed engineering plans.
  • Conduct engineering calculations, solve design challenges, and ensure compliance with design standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, and agencies to align project deliverables.
  • Exercise sound engineering judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure project documentation adheres to agency requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of civil engineering design experience.
  • EIT certification required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD experience with Civil 3D is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently when needed.
