People Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our international People team, with background in HR administration. This position will be working to local (India) hours.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Our ideal candidate will be skilled and organised HR Administrator with experience processing payroll, preferably with knowledge of supporting a UK-based organisation. The role will involve providing comprehensive HR administrative support for the full employee lifecycle across our global Group companies, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Employee Records:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, updating our HRIS, contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, IT setup, and orientation.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final paperwork.

Compensation:

  • Support annual compensation review process in collaboration with finance and Head of People.
  • Conduct benchmarking reviews for salaries across the Group.

Payroll:

  • Processing payroll reports, deductions and adjustments for global Group companies.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programmes, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
  • Conducting annual benefits reviews and where necessary, putting together recommendations for alternative products.

Reporting:

  • Generate regular HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators.

Employee relations and employment law support:

  • Support the local APAC team on generalist HR matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR administration role.
  • Previous experience of HRIS usage.
  • Strong English and local language skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across diverse teams and locations.
  • Strong organisational and compliance management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain compliance in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and discretion when managing sensitive situations.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a one-team ethos.
