Product: Innovamat has developed a research-based, fully-resourced curriculum program. With Innovamat, kids from 3 to 16 years old learn math through manipulative materials and highly dynamic lessons focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and critical thinking. We provide a shift in traditional instruction and learning.
Your mission 🎯
You'll be leading an ambitious team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for initiating and driving the sales process forward.
Your day to day at Innovamat 🏁
- Leading a high-performance BDRs team, offering coaching on objection handling and pitching techniques to secure meetings with potential clients.
- Provide direction on enhancing the Meeting Generation team's performance, efficiency, and output.
- Enforce best practices in lead management and development, incorporating metrics, activity tracking, and performance assessment.
- To understand, analyze, and deeply segment the educational market in Brazil.
- Partner with the Country Manager, Head of Sales and HQ counterparts to establish strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
- Lead analysis of business performance to identify future roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership for decision-making and investment.

- Expertise in team management, focusing on performance & engagement-based management (with 10 reports).
- Proficiency in analytics & operations to optimize database use and navigate the sales process while the operation is running.
- The ability to deepen and enhance the market intelligence of the country.

- Creativity to scale the business in a high-performance culture.
- Strong focus on KPIs for decision-making.
- Great communication skills
- Intermediate English or Spanish.
