Customer Project Leader

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Opportunity Development: Capture customer needs and product trends, transforming them into strategic opportunities for the company.
• Design Leadership: Organize pre-nomination engineering sessions, promoting co-design with customers and presenting innovative design solutions.
• Customer Interaction Management: Oversee all customer interactions throughout project phases, delegating plant-specific interactions to the Program Manager.
• Technical Quotations Coordination: Collaborate with Product Engineers to integrate technical quotations and assess manufacturing capacity for new projects.
• Project Monitoring: Track the nomination status of new projects and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Design Phase Initiation: Lead project information reviews to kick off the design stage, defining scope, specifications, and risk assessments while applying lessons learned.
• Customer Validation: Obtain validation for model and process designs from customers.
• Technical Negotiation: Lead negotiations with customers to ensure alignment on key technical aspects.
• Project Execution: Execute all designated activities for the Customer Project Leader, ensuring documentation is uploaded in TEAMCENTER.
• Project Closure: Manage the formal closure of new projects, ensuring all criteria for completion are met.

💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive sector.
• Advanced level of English.
