We are looking for students in the last semesters of accounting, technicians, technologists or recent graduates to join our 5-star support team, residing in Colombia or Venezuela.

• Desirable experience: 6 months in customer service.
• Availability: Wednesday to Sunday.
• Training: Students in the last semesters of accounting, technicians, technologists or recent graduates, with extensive verifiable accounting knowledge.
• Customer orientation: Focused on offering the best service and creating memorable moments for users.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Empathy.
• Ability to give and receive feedback appropriately.
• Analytical thinking.
• Proactivity in finding solutions.
