Project Engineer

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

  • Investment Plan Definition: You will actively participate in the strategic planning of investments, from acquiring new machines to improving processes and expansion projects. You’ll play a key role in the company's technological and operational evolution.
  • Offer Management and Evaluation: You’ll lead the process of identifying and prioritizing investment needs, soliciting offers from external suppliers (materials and labor). You will work closely with the Purchasing Department to evaluate proposals and select the best solutions for the company.
  • Plant Project Coordination: You will collaborate with the Plant Director to implement projects, ensuring both the technical and financial compliance of each initiative. You’ll resolve any issues that arise during execution and oversee contracts and technical specifications with contractors.
  • Leadership in Implementation Teams: You will act as the liaison between different teams at the plant, coordinating project execution to ensure requirements are met and all participants are involved effectively.
  • Plant Layout Updates: You will keep the layouts updated with the new installations, ensuring the production flow is optimized.
  • Preparation of Technical Specifications: You will write the technical specifications needed to quote equipment related to new investments, ensuring they meet the company’s standards and objectives.


💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Higher education in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management/industrial installations.
  • B2-C1 level English.
  • Experience working in CAD/CAM environments.

  • Job Stability: Permanent contract, backed by a solid financial environment.
  • Full-time, flexible working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30/9 AM. End of the day from 5:30 PM. Fridays: 7 AM to 3 PM.
