We’re looking for experienced German-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join their team remotely in North Macedonia. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy managing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
Position: Customer Care Specialist (German)
Location: Remote / Work-from-Home in North Macedonia
Employment Type: Full-time, with rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Invoice Verification: Review invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts to ensure accurate quantities, pricing, and terms.
- Data Entry: Enter invoice details accurately into the financial or ERP system.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, such as incorrect amounts or missing information, to ensure smooth processing.
- Compliance: Ensure all invoices align with company policies and tax/legal regulations.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all processed invoices, ensuring organized and secure documentation.
- Communication: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address invoice-related questions or disputes effectively.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (written and verbal).
- Residency: Based in North Macedonia with legal eligibility for employment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in invoicing, accounting, or bookkeeping, with familiarity in accounts payable processes.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in verifying invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage high volumes of invoices efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication for effective interactions with vendors and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies, with knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
