Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Develop and optimize robust data storage solutions, including databases and data warehouses.
- Ensure high data quality and consistency across various sources.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and analysts to support analytics and modeling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, enhancing performance and reliability.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years in data engineering or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and programming languages (Python, Java, or Scala).
- Tools Technologies: Skilled with Hadoop, Spark, AWS Redshift, and other data management platforms.
- Knowledge Base: Familiar with data warehousing, database design, data modeling, and schema development.
