Service description:

• Providing daily operations support and maintenance
• Providing troubleshooting, critical situation analysis, recovery planning and implementation
• Delivering Incident, Problem and Change fix
• Certificate management SSL configuration
• Planning management
• Performing technical support and administration under all environments
• Managing and maintaining operating system patches in compliance with CoE recommandations
• Regularly review system logs and OS behaviour to proactively monitor systems and address issues accordingly.
• Understanding business requirements and devop according to detail design
• Designing, building, testing and deploying project deliverables
• Delivering on time and budget
• Delivering project documentation
• Run test phases, including defect management processes
• Following the development guidelines and best practices

Deliverables:
L3 support for worldwilde ESG platforms.

Expertises:

Technical Skills:

Must Have:
• Confirmed expertose in Linux and Broadcom CA API Gateway (Layer 7) working in project environment

• Linux:
o Good expertise of Linux Shell and Linux processes (Red Hat, centOs)
o Linux Adminsitration skills desirable

• Broadcom CA API Gateway (Layer 7):
o Advanced expertise including API developer portal and API management portal.
o Good expertise with Authentication Authorization mechanisms (API security standards and implementation (OAuth, OpenId))

• MySQL
o Good expertise of My SQL administration
o SQL Reqest

Technical Skills:

Nice to Have:
• XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, Canonical models, WS-* concepts and SOA concepts
• Basic network skills: Virtual IPs, firewalls, etc
• Security: certificate lifecycle
• Java: JMX knowledge and JVM optimization.
• SOAPUI: User level skills.
• Subversion: user level skills (GitHub)

Non-Technical Skills:
• Expertise of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context
• Expertise of working with offshore team in charge to provide tier-3 supports
