Your role

You conduct telephone calls with debtors in Belgium.

Tasks

• Make calls, contact debtors to inform them of the amount outstanding and work out a payment plan.
• Answering emails from debtors with questions about payment plans and unpaid invoices.
• Receive calls, answer debtors' calls and provide them with the information required for their files.

Profile

• Fluent in Flemish
• Working proficiency in English
• Good call management (structure, efficiency, assertiveness)
• Empathy
• Soft skills
• Attendance
• Good general appearance
• Previous experience in collections
• Respectful and positive towards customers
• Solution-oriented thinking
